For more than 40 years, Jim specialized in the defense of complex civil litigation involving a broad range of issues and areas of the law. He handled more than 60 jury trials, involving cases of premises liability, wrongful death, dangerous conditions of public property, police liability, civil rights, business and contract disputes, insurance disputes, defamation, fire losses and real property disputes. Jim is now utilizing the insights, skills and experience he developed as a trial lawyer to assist attorneys and their clients in resolving their differences short of the courtroom.

He is available state wide for mediations and arbitrations either in person or by video conference.

Professional rate: $500 dollars per hour
